While information is the cornerstone of our ability to offer excellent service, the Arlington Chamber of Commerce recognizes that our most important asset is our members' and consumers' trust. We are particularly concerned about the privacy of our individual members and those who register for events and request information from the Chamber ("you"). To help you better understand how we protect nonpublic information about you, we are providing you with the following statement describing our practices and policies with respect to the privacy of member information.

In order to maintain accurate records and perform various services for our members, we collect and maintain information about you from various sources, including the following:
- Information we receive from you on applications, forms and other information you provide us, whether in-person, in writing, by phone, electronically, via the Internet or by other means. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number; and
- Information about your transactions with us;

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our members or former members to anyone except as permitted by law.
Our security practices
- We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information.
- Former members and others who request information or register for events
Even if you cease to be a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.
- This Privacy Policy applies to nonpublic personal information about individuals who obtain our services for primarily business purposes. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time.

The Arlington Chamber of Commerce strives to maintain up-to-date, complete and accurate member information. If at any time you believe our information about you is inaccurate, please call us at 781.643.4600.
Refund Policy
Membership dues, program and event fees are non-refundable.
