Within two weeks of joining, the Chamber referred someone to us who was looking for work. We successfully placed the job seeker at a client company for a 2-week assignment which turned into a 1-year position. Also, due to Michèle's abundance of contacts, we recently had an article published in the Arlington Advocate! |

Michèle is an amazing matchmaker! At any Chamber event, no matter how large or how small, she not only remembers who we all are and what we all do, but she insures that each attendee is introduced to key people in the community with who it is important for us to develop relationships. Michèle and Lorraine are tireless in their support. |

As an Arlington based business, it was important for us to become an integral part of the community. The Arlington Chamber has provided us with numerous opportunities to meet our neighbors. We encourage every business to become involved with the chamber!

The Arlington Chamber of Commerce is the pulse of the Arlington business community. Since joining the Chamber 13 years ago, I have met many incredible people in the Arlington community. The Chamber has been a vehicle for me to network, meet and support small businesses. On a personal note, I have met and made many new friends. |

When I first joined the Chamber in early 2005, Michèle inquired about what I did. When I responded tht my work involved monument restoration, she contracted with me to clean her family monument at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. My inquiry to the cemetery staff as to when the water would be turned on that spring evolved into my eventually repairing and cleaning more than 300 monuments in that same cemetery. In turn, that has evolved into many more opportunities for my business, both within Arlington and other communities. |

You can't imagine how becoming a member in the Arlington Chamber can affect your business! Building relatinships, networking and making business connections are invaluable. The eBiz Symposium event was a day that allowed you an opportunity to learn new ways to build customer relationships and market your business. How do you put a price on the long term effects of participating in Chamber events? |

Contrary to popular belief and my previous experience, I discovered that networking can be fun. Michèle is the Queen of Networking who makes introductions and creates mutually beneficial connections. Plus the members of the Chamber are a wonderful group of people. Win! Win! Win! |

In March my store was mentioned in an article in the Business & Inssurty supplement to the Arlington Advocate - the Chabmer had suggested me as someone to speak to - and as a direct result my store was featured that night on NECN (New England Cable News) the same day as the article came out. There's nothing like free pbulicity! |

The Chamber has provided VNCH many opportunities to increase our visibility throughout the community. Through taking advantage of morning breakfasts, after hour events, open houses, seminars and other netwroking events, we've been able to promote our agency and be recognized for the valuable services we provide our patients and the community at large. Chamber events are always enjoyable: the attendees are diverse - great business people, friendly and fun! |
